Semi-automatic Cathode Stripping Machine
The semi-automatic cathode stripping machine is an integrated unit designed for cathode plate handling, manual stripping, and copper sheet stacking in electrowinning plants. Compared with fully automatic systems, it provides a compact structure, lower investment, and simple operation, making it ideal for medium-capacity operations.
Functions of Main Modules
1. Main Conveying System: Receiving Conveyor Line

Function: As the core path for material circulation, it is responsible for conveying cathode plates from the receiving area to the manual stripping area.
2. Core Processing Area: Manual Stripping Area

Function: Workers manually strip off the metal layer from the cathode plate here.
3. Output System: Arrangement Output Line

Function: The stripped cathode plates are output through the arrangement output line.
4. Auxiliary Structure: Sliding Track

Function: The stripped copper sheets slide from the conveyor to the stacking platform via this track.
5. Terminal Point: Stacking Device

Function: Used for stacking the stripped copper sheets.
6. Sampling Station

Overall Dimensions (Length * Width * Height): Approximately 2550 * 490 * 3060 mm
Function: Conduct random sampling on the stripped copper plates. Samples are punched out to test indicators such as copper purity, thickness and component uniformity, so as to ensure the product quality meets the standards.
