Key Features
Compact Footprint: Designed to fit into existing workshops with limited space (11m x 6.5m x 5.5m).
Simplified Operation: Intuitive Siemens PLC and touchscreen control reduce training time and operator error.
Core Component Reliability: Built with trusted brands like Siemens (PLC) and Rexroth (Hydraulics) where it matters most.
Cost-Effective Automation: Lower initial investment and operating costs deliver a faster return on investment.
Robust Construction: Critical contact parts made from 304/316L stainless steel for longevity in corrosive environments.
Built-in Safety: Integrated safety fencing and emergency stop systems protect your personnel.
How It Works: Simplified Automation
The process is streamlined for reliability:
1. Receiving: The crane places loaded cathode plates onto the receiving conveyor.

2. Transfer: A special gripper moves the plate to the stripping station.

3. Stripping: The core hydraulic unit cleanly separates the copper sheet from the stainless steel mother plate.

4. Sorting & Stacking: The mother plate is returned for reuse, while the copper sheet is flipped, stacked, and conveyed to the forklift pickup station.
