1. Scope & Scale: Packaging Specialized Industrial Components
This shipment included three distinct product lines, all essential for equipment of the electrowinning plant:
- 42 Electrowinning Cells (5.3 meters in length, 5–6 tons each)
- 44 Capping Board Sets (min. length 2.7 meters per unit)
- A Full FRP Grating System for an electrowinning plant (max. length 5.7 meters)
All 44 items were securely packed in steel-framed custom crating designed to protect sensitive components during transit. The diversity in size and weight—from compact boards to multi-ton cells—required meticulous planning to optimize loading and ensure safety.
2. Loading & Ground Transport: 9 Trucks, 2 Days
To accelerate ground logistics, we dispatched 9 trucks to transport all 44 packages from our factory to a warehouse near the port. Despite the complexity of handling large-size cargo, our team completed:
- Loading, securing, and dispatching all 9 trucks in under 48 hours
- Safe and timely delivery to the port warehouse
We are able to manage large-volume, high-weight shipments without compromising speed or safety.
3. Containerization & Port Logistics: 22 Containers, 3 Days Total
The final step involved containerizing all goods for ocean freight:
- All 44 packages were efficiently loaded into 22 containers
- Our warehouse team completed loading, stuffing, and securing all containers in 2 days
- Containers were transported to the port in 1 day
The entire process—from receiving goods at the warehouse to port delivery—was completed in just 3 days, underscoring our capability to handle complex integration and tight deadlines
