Receiving /Washing Conveyor
This conveyor receives cathode plates from an electroplating crane and transports them to the stripping station. It has a stainless-steel liquid tray to collect electrolyte dripping from the plates, ensuring cleanliness and safety. The plates are spaced 100mm apart for efficient handling.
Cathode Steering Device
Composed of two mechanical arms, this device transfers cathode plates between the receiving conveyor and the stripping station. It ensures smooth, automated movement of the plates for continuous operation.
Stripping Station
The core component of the machine, the stripping station pre-strips the zinc and uses a stripping knife driven by a servo motor to remove the zinc from the cathode plates. If zinc remains, the knife continues to descend to fully strip it, ensuring efficient removal of zinc deposits.
Stacking Device
After stripping, this device stacks the cathode zinc blocks according to preset quantities. The zinc stacks are then removed by a forklift, streamlining the material handling process.
Cathode Plate Brush Device
This device cleans and polishes the cathode plates by using stainless-steel brush rollers. Plates are lifted by a servo motor for water spraying and brushing, ensuring that any residual debris is removed. It features a liquid receiving tray for waste water, which is filtered and recycled.
Arrangement Conveyor
The arrangement conveyor receives stripped cathode plates and organizes them for return to the electrowinning tank. It can store up to 42 plates, spaced 100mm apart, ensuring orderly and efficient plate management.
