By introducing DC or AC-DC superimposed power supply, crude gold dissolves at the anode and pure gold precipitates at the cathode, realizing efficient and precise gold purification.

A: Three core conditions need to be met: first, control the raw material purity (≥95%) to reduce impurity interference; second, maintain the electrolyte parameters (acidity, temperature) within the range recommended by PRS, and supplement new electrolyte regularly; third, use the matching AC-DC superimposed power supply of the equipment to avoid uneven electrolysis. Following the operation manual can stably achieve 99.99% purity, and secondary electrolysis is available for 99.999% high-purity requirements.
Q3: What should I do if anode passivation occurs during electrolysis?
A: Anode passivation is usually caused by insufficient electrolyte acidity, low temperature, or excessive current density . You can take three measures: first, appropriately increase the concentration of hydrochloric acid in the electrolyte to improve acidity; second, raise the electrolyte temperature to 40-60℃ to enhance conductivity; third, reduce the current density appropriately to avoid excessive reaction intensity.
