Material & Structure

  • Base Material: 1.5mm titanium plate stretched into titanium mesh
  • Mesh Thickness: 3.2–3.8mm
  • Coating Thickness: 0.5mm (lead dioxide active layer)
  • Total Thickness: Approximately 5mm
  • Core Features: Lightweight, reusable base material, strong corrosion resistance, minimal anode slime

Technical Requirements

To ensure optimal performance, operate under the following conditions:

  • Current Density: ≤ 500 A/m²
  • Temperature: < 70°C
  • Sulfuric Acid (H₂SO₄): ≤500 g/L
  • Chloride Ions (Cl⁻): ≤500 mg/L
  • Fluoride Ions (F⁻): ≤300 mg/L
